By accessing or using traveasconsulting.com or purchasing any coaching program, digital product, or course from Traveas Consulting, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our Services
Traveas Consulting provides mindset coaching, personal transformation coaching programs, self-paced digital courses, and related digital products (including but not limited to the Master Your Mindset course, the Shifting Your Mindset Coaching Program, and downloadable workbooks).
Coaching is not therapy. Our services are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, medical care, or clinical diagnosis. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or, in the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Payment and Refunds
Prices for our programs and products are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Refund Policy: We offer a full refund on any paid offering, including coaching programs, digital courses, and digital products, if requested within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to info@traveasconsulting.com.
User Conduct
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including coaching materials, course content, and the Traveas Philosophy, is the property of Traveas Consulting and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Our coaching services are provided in good faith based on Traveas Claypool's training and experience. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveas Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
